Meet The Team
VIVA prides itself on by being staffed by a doctor and nurse team, combining over 14 years of cosmetic clinical experience. Our support staff have also worked in the medical sector for many years and are happy to answer any questions you my have.
Dr Tapan Patel MBBS MRCP
General Practitioner
Dr Patel qualified from the Royal Free Hospital in 1996 and gained extensive hospital experience before completing General Practice training. He has worked as an aesthetic physician since 2000 and is trained in many non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
Dr Patel has worked in many central London locations before establishing VIVA as part of samedaydoctorTM North London.
Dr Patel also works as medical advisor to the prestigious Phillip Kingsley Trichology clinic.
Sonal Patel BA (Hons) RN BTEC
Nurse Practitioner
Sonal qualified as a registered nurse in 1995 from Oxford Brookes University and spent the first few years of her nursing career working in various surgical specialties.
She has worked in the cosmetic surgery sector since 1998, in both hospital environments and independent clinics. Sonal has worked with laser technology since 2000 and has gained experience in various cosmetic procedures.
She has been involved in teaching new staff in her previous roles as sister and clinic manager. Alongside her role as nurse practitioner at VIVA, she is also the laser nurse specialist for Fotona laser systems in the UK, responsible for training and advising other practitioners.
She has recently completed the BTEC award in Laser, Light and Associated Therapies.
Marta Bilinska MA
Therapist
Marta graduated from the University of Poznan, Poland with a MA in medical therapies. She is qualified and experienced in sports injury, body massage and recently completed her ITEC award in Indian Head Massage.
Marta has been performing Beautytek treatments for 2 years.
Aileen McNamara
Office Manager
Aileen has spent over 15 years working in medical administration and much of this time has been with companies or surgeons offering cosmetic surgery/procedures.
In her role as office manager, Aileen is responsible for taking patient enquiries, making appointments, organising the diaries of the medical team and dealing with the general day-to-day running of the clinic.
Ciara Dyer
Accounts Manager
Ciara started her working life in the catering field before moving into accountancy - her specialty being book-keeping.
She comes to VIVA as account manager, responsible for handling invoices and account queries. She is also responsible for taking patient enquiries.
